Artworks produced by computers have become increasingly prevalent due to advancements in artificial intelligence systems, which can now generate a variety of works such as music, art, poetry, novels, stories, and articles. However, issues remain regarding the ownership of works created by AI, including questions about who is deemed the author and what rights can be protected. Resolving uncertainties in copyright law is crucial for the future production and protection of art.
